Program Evaluation

Capacity, Quality & Value

Program evaluation can be a powerful tool for guiding and supporting effective programming.  However, ineffective evaluation places programs at risk for obtaining weak, incomplete, or even misleading findings.  ARC offers top-quality program evaluation and related services, providing excellent value and meaningful insight at every funding level.  We help service providers choose the evaluation that will serve them best by presenting options at several price points and clearly describing the positives and negatives associated with each.
